Joseph Manning Feb 14 with Pre-Circulated Paper

Joseph Manning will be joining us from Yale University to present his paper, “At the Intersection of Law and Economics: Transaction Costs and Ptolemaic Governance” on Tuesday, Feb. 14 at 3:30 pm in Classics 21. He will offer a few introductory remarks to his paper, but asks that those attending read the full paper in advance so that the majority of the time can be spent in discussion.
