The 2013-14 Application Period is now open
On this page you will find the information, guidelines, and documents necessary for completing your application for a graduate workshop. In addition to the Application, all workshop proposals must include a “Faculty Sponsor Signature Sheet”; renewing workshops must also include a “Worksheet Evaluation Form.”
