Comparative Human Development Workshop
The Comparative Human Development workshop is
designed to foster discussion between the complementary disciplines of
anthropology, psychology, biology, and sociology. Comparative human development
scholars investigate social issues of the human lifespan ranging from micro to
macro level analyses. The
workshop is specifically concerned with the ways in which the person and her or
his well-being are defined and developed in diverse environmental and
sociocultural contexts. The workshop provides a
space for scholars to stay abreast of the latest development in research in
these areas through presentation of both graduate students and faculty.
