Latin American Cultures

The Latin American Cultures Workshop is a place of gathering for collaborative discussions and student presentations that seek to create a forum for interdisciplinary interaction and research projects in the field of Latin American cultural studies. The workshop addresses the multiple linguistic, textual, and visual traditions of Latin America, including countries such as Cuba, Haiti, Mexico, and Brazil. Topics to be discussed will range from colonial studies to contemporary topics of relevance in the cultural world of Latin America.
