The Mass Culture Workshop is pleased to present:

Colin Williamson, Phd Candidate, Cinema and Media Studies, “From the Science of Magic to the Magic of Science: Ecstatic Observation, Time-Lapse Photography, and the Magical Life of Plants,” a chapter from his dissertation, “Obscured Histories of Modern Magic and Wonder in the Cinema: Science, Animation, and Virtuality, 1649-2010.”

Friday, May 18, 10:30am -12:30pm in Cobb 310.  Refreshments will be provided.
