Our speaker is Atoor Lawandow (CMES Alumna, current Cornell NES PhD Student) who will present her paper entitled “Āzād and Ibn al-Rāʿī: Two Eighteenth-century Udabāʾ and the Expression of Affinity to Homeland before “Modernity.” The discussant is Annie Greene (NELC).
